I am a Nutrition Consultant, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, BCHN, a Doctor of Medicine, MD, and a practitioner of holistic health. I help my clients by taking the confusion out of the current 'health and nutrition information glut'. I educate my clients about quality of food and the effects foods, the environment, and lifestyle have on the body.

Together we develop an individual plan.  We identify not only changes to make, but also how to implement those changes.
