Watermelon Slush

1 cup ice cubes

2 cups cubed watermelon

1 lemon, juice

1 tbsp chopped fresh mint

1 tsp honey

¼ tsp salt

1 serving magnesium powder, optional

(example NowFoods)

  • In a blender, pulse the ice to the size of pebbles.

  • Add watermelon, lemon juice, mint, honey, salt and mineral powder.

  • Pulse a few times until slushy.
